Once an order is placed, please allow 10-14 business days for the shipment of your eyeglasses. This two-week process includes the production of the glasses, quality control check and shipment from distribution center. Orders that have strong prescriptions and/or custom lab work such as bifocal, progressive and polycarbonate lenses will most likely require additional business days of lab work. In this case, you can expect your order to arrive at your destination in approximately 14-20 business days.
Please note that processing and shipping delays are dependent on the United States Postal Office. Mobile OptiX cannot guarantee exact shipping times and is not responsible for late deliveries due to USPS delays. As a result, Mobile OptiX does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Ordering and shipping notifications of your eyeglasses will be provided as followed:
- Text message notification when your eyeglasses have been ordered. Eyeglasses are ordered within 24-48 hours after your examination.
- Text notification when your eyeglasses have been shipped. Most eyeglasses are shipped within 10-14 days.
- Text message notification requiring your confirmation of eyeglasses receipt to include; the prescription, frame selection and fitting meets your expectations.
During the intake process, please verify your shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect spelling of name, invalid or undeliverable address and/or incorrect spelling of name. A $6.50 reshipping fee will incur if the package is returned due to an incorrect, invalid, or undeliverable address entered during intake.
If for any reason you are not happy with the glasses you have received, return them to us within 14 days of the receiving date. You will be refunded 100% of the purchase price less shipping costs. Glasses must be returned in new condition. We are not responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend shipping your items back with tracking, as we will not be responsible for any lost packages that were not delivered back to us and cannot offer a refund/exchange if we do not receive the return.
If the glasses have a manufacturing defect, return them to us within 30 days of receipt and a replacement pair will be sent at no charge. You must contact customer service by email (email@example.com) or phone (813-367-4005) to obtain a return authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse/reject exchanges if the original glasses are not in a good condition.
